Óscar’s Experience
Traveling to Dubai and Oman is an irresistible combination for those who wish to live a high-level journey, with the perfect balance between the authentic and the extraordinary. Culture, modernity, adventure, relaxation, hospitality, and settings that seem straight out of a movie…
Recently, I have made an exclusive trip to these destinations with a group of #AlcamTravelers and it was a journey that exceeded all expectations. Traveling to Dubai and Oman is much more than a getaway: it is an experience that transforms you.
Traveling to Dubai: luxury, energy, and unexpected culture
For me, Dubai is the ideal mix between New York and Miami: a vibrant, modern, surprisingly tolerant destination that is much more family-friendly and accessible than many imagine. Between skyscrapers and design hotels, Dubai also offers unique cultural spots, such as the fascinating Museum of the Future or the vibrant Marina area.
And just an hour away, Abu Dhabi welcomes us with the island of museums: the Louvre, the Natural History Museum, and soon the Guggenheim. A getaway for those seeking a world-class cultural experience without compromising on comfort.
Traveling to Oman: the soul of the Middle East
If Dubai is the city of the future, Oman is the guardian of tradition. A pristine, authentic country, deeply respectful of its culture and at the same time hospitable and open to visitors, it is like being on the set of the movie Aladdin.
Its desert landscapes, mountains, and historical fortresses are the perfect setting to experience a real connection with the essence of the Middle East, far from mass tourism. An unforgettable moment of the trip was being alone at a landmark in Muscat during Good Friday. A silence that envelops you. Incredible.
Comfort, quality, and balance
One of the great values of this route is its extraordinary value for money. Within just a few kilometers, we find desert, futuristic cities, ancestral heritage, and exceptional hotels. A trip that has it all, in a single destination. And the best part: it is only a six-hour flight from Spain.
