Permits to access Antarctica are extremely limited and very difficult to obtain; waiting lists are usually two to three years long, sometimes reaching up to five. Thanks to our agreement with Silversea, we have secured ten permits for a private, luxury trip to Antarctica in Spanish, led by our CEO, Óscar López Alagarda, between November 17th and 29th.
The program, with absolutely everything included, provides a door-to-door service.
We’ll begin our exclusive group trip to Antarctica in Spanish with two nights in Santiago, Chile. One day will be dedicated to a city tour, and the next to a helicopter flight over the Andes. Dinners will be served at the city’s finest restaurants, and we’ll stay at the five-star Mandarin Oriental. From there, we’ll return on a special flight exclusively for expedition passengers to Punta Arenas, the southernmost city in the world. We’ll spend a night there to witness the midnight sun and enjoy the spectacular scenery.
The following day, on a special plane with permission from the Chilean military, we will fly to the Chilean military base in Antarctica. Once there, we will board the luxurious icebreaker Silver Endeavour, one of the most luxurious cruise ships in the world, offering amenities such as gourmet restaurants and premium beverages recommended by a renowned sommelier. We will sail for seven days and six nights through the frozen continent, discovering some of the most remote places on the planet, including penguin colonies, whales, petrels, and more. A unique and unforgettable experience that very few are fortunate enough to enjoy.
On the way back we will retrace our steps, flying back to Punta Arenas and from there to Santiago to catch our flight back to Spain.
